- Plant disease is caused when plant attacked by pathogen or abiotic factors.

EArea of triangle PHE represents the amount of disease
Host:-
-Side HE represents the host side of the disease
triangle.
- If the host is resistant, matured and widely spaced the host side will be small or zero therefore amount of disease will be small or zero.
- - Side HP of triangle represents pathogen side
of the disease triangle.
- - If
the pathogen is Virulent , abundant and active the pathogen side will be longer
and the amount of disease is also greater as the area of triangle increases.
Environment :-
-Side PE of triangle represents environment side of
the disease triangle.
- If the env factors like Extreme temperature, Extreme
moisture , Extreme nutrients, Extreme light , Extreme humidty , Extreme soil PH
etc increases the env side so amount of disease is greater as area of triangle
increases.
